Data controller
Underdog French Management, reachable at contact@underdogfrenchmanagement.com, is the controller of personal data collected through this site.
Data collected and purposes
Contact form and call requests: first name, last name, email, phone, year of birth, level, position and message. Purpose: answering your request and assessing your project. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Tryout registration: the same data, plus information about the session you choose. Purpose: organising the session and registering you for it.
Newsletter: email address. Purpose: sending you our news. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
Audience measurement: anonymised traffic statistics, with no advertising cookies and no resale to third parties.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible only to the Underdog French Management team. We use Supabase (database hosting, Ireland), Brevo (email delivery, France) and Vercel (site hosting). No data is sold or transferred for commercial purposes.
As part of a placement, certain information (athletic profile, video, transcripts) is shared with the relevant American coaches and institutions, with your agreement and that of your legal guardian if you are a minor.
Retention
Unconverted contact requests: 3 years from the last exchange. Files of players we represent: for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years. Newsletter subscribers: until they unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to contact@underdogfrenchmanagement.com and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are a minor, these rights may be exercised by your legal guardian. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to work (remembering your language) may be set.
